Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the United States, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We do not share your data with third parties. See our Security page for full details.
Can I try Stewardly before paying?
Yes. We offer a free trial with no credit card required. You can explore the full product with your board before deciding on a plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your data at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your data is retained for 30 days before being deleted, giving you time to export anything you need.
How many users can I invite?
You can invite all board members and all homeowners under your plan. We do not charge per-seat fees for homeowners — only the board plan matters.
Can I import my existing member list?
Yes. Stewardly supports CSV import for members. You can upload names, emails, and unit assignments in bulk from a spreadsheet.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up Stewardly?
No. Stewardly is designed for HOA boards — not IT professionals. Setup takes about 15 minutes and involves no technical configuration.
