Built by people who've seen HOA management done badly
Stewardly exists because HOA management software either costs too much, does too little, or was clearly designed by people who have never attended a board meeting. We set out to fix that.
Our mission
Make every HOA board as effective as the best ones
The gap between a well-run HOA and a poorly-run one usually isn't money or good intentions — it's tools and information. Boards that have clear financials, good communication habits, and reliable records keep their communities healthier and their homeowners happier.
Stewardly gives every board the infrastructure to operate at that level — whether they're managing 12 units or 200.
What we believe
Transparency first
We build tools that make HOA finances, decisions, and communications visible to every homeowner — because trust is earned through openness, not promises.
Built for volunteers
HOA board members are unpaid volunteers. Every feature we ship is designed to reduce the burden on their time, not add to it.
Honest about what we are
We are an early-stage company. Our software works and we stand behind it, but we are also actively improving it based on real feedback from real boards.
Privacy by design
HOA data is sensitive — it involves people's homes, finances, and identities. We treat data protection as a core requirement, not an afterthought.
Where we are today
Stewardly is an early-stage product. It is live, it handles real HOA data, and it is actively used by communities. We are a small, focused team and we are improving the product continuously based on direct feedback from the boards who use it.
We do not yet have a 10-year track record. What we do have is clear pricing, functional software, an honest roadmap, and engineers who respond to support tickets personally. If something isn't working, we want to know — and we'll fix it.
If you want to be part of building something from the start, we'd love to have you as a customer.
